We washed it down with the mixed juice (¥650), a blend of fruits and vegetables which probably gave our fruit-deprived selves our monthly ration of vitamins. Thick slices of campagnard bread filled with roasted aubergine, mushrooms, tomatoes and zucchini, topped with basil pesto, and accompanied with a light salad. I kindly replied and accepted and confirmed the new date. A couple days before the interview date I got an email asking to reschedule for another day as their hiring team would not be available. I was contacted by their HR Recruiting Team and had a brief phone interview and got invited to in person interview which I confirmed. I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I was surprised a restroom closer wasn't offered. I arrived a little early and asked to use the restroom and was told I needed to walk to their restaurant a couple of block away. I called and spoke with someone with very limited English who asked be a few superficail questions and set me up with an interview but was unsure who I would be interviewing with. I received an email to call to schedule an interview if one had not been previously scheduled. I applied online. The process took 1 week.
